Part 1
From my CMI results,
I choose five different dimensions with their polarities to talk about it. I choose
growth, outlook, expression, planning, and status. We mean by growth that what
is more important for the society if he want to become better, it depend on the
material or on the people. Outlook means that, is the person act traditionally
or in an innovation way. Expression means that, do you show up your feelings or
you just hide it. Planning means that do you make your own schedule depend on
the time or depend on people. Status means that, do you work hard enough to get
your position or your goals, or you just inherited from your father or someone
else.
Part 2
According to
my CMI results, I can see that in the report I believe developing people is
more important than developing the materials and we have to invest in the
people. According to this point, I think that I will help my group by focusing
on the staff and on the people to improve their skills. Secondly, I can notice
that I’m more innovation and more excited about dreams and visions. This will
help the group to push them forward and make them more creative.
Thirdly, CMI
results indicate that I’m a man who conceals his feelings. I think that this
will the group if I’m sad I will not show up my sadness to the others to avoid frustration
them down. After that, it shows me that I tend to be influenced by time and
people while planning my schedule. I think that this point will help when it
will make the schedule by take care of both of the time and people. Next, I can
see that I’m an achieved person who appreciates the hard work. In this point, I
think that I will help the group by push them to work hard and don’t depend to
get their goals or dreams in easy way.
The report said that I was very personal
which I agree with as I believe that materials are made by human, so if we
develop people they will make materials are more powerful and more smarter than
now. Also, the report said that I was very innovation which I agree with as I
think that the time is change and we have to be more creative, and we have new
problems so we have to think and act in a different way. Furthermore, the
report said that I tend to be more relationship; however I think I care more
about the rules and the policies because it organizes our life.
Part 3
I think that
some of my results will change in the next 5 years. For example, I will be more
direct in the communication to be clearer and to be able to talk to the other
partner in a different way. Also, I believe that I will be more achieved person
because I think that dreams and goals came by the harder work. In addition, I
think that I will stay as a personal in the growth, because I think that
developing people will develop the materials.
